Nonfiction Text Features

After learning all about varieties of fiction stories (realistic, animal fantasy, fables, folktales) we have moved on to nonfiction texts. To better comprehend what we read, we've been studying the features that guide us as we explore nonfiction. While reading about important people, interesting animals, our planet, and outer space, we'll be stretching our vocal chords and singing our nonfiction conventions song!
Ask your nonfiction expert if they can sing you the whole song!

Sincerely,
Mr. Kilham
